Perfecting The Unperfected.

The intense movement for classic motifs and minimal aesthetics has generated refreshing and inspirational concepts. One contemporary artist that is reworking abstract art’s identity is Cóco Fernández. Her interest for concepts inspired by originality and imperfection has sparked international success. Once an artistic perfectionist, the artist found her niche in abstract drawing after discovering Picasso’s animal drawings, this instantly inspired Fernandez to engage the one-line technique.

Escalating her work into expressive and abstract creations. The complexity and formatting of Fernandez work speak to you. The abstract configuration, line, and color are submerged in the artist’s intimate experiences. Offering a glimpse of her vivid personal vision. In collaboration with photographer Alicia Peiró and model Sara Chacón, Cócó Fernandez unveiled a landscape featuring illustrated ceramics surrounded by fruits, lush plants, and charming nudity to exhibit elements that are essentially inspirational to Fernandez the artistic vision.
